This is a little love exercise that came to me as I stepped out of the bath, and looked at myself in the mirror.
It’s as simple as breathing. Here goes:
Stand in front of the mirror, close your eyes and think of someone you really really really love.
Then as you start to smile, open your eyes and look at yourself with that love.
This exercise made me smile wide, and the smile is still on my face. Definitely keeping this up!
